Hab endlich ne Wii :]

Will sofort den HomebrewChannel installiern, aber gibs bei der Wii auch ne Brickgefahr wie bei der PSP bei sowas? O_O

Ja, die ist aber so gering wie ein 6er im Lotto. Jedenfalls hab ich noch nie von jemanden gehört der seine Wii durch Homebrews gebrickt hat.

Hab den Easy Installer heute getestet: Läuft einwandfrei und ist Narrensicher. Kannste nix falsch machen wenn du die Wii nicht mitendrin aus machst.

Kann man denn Installer auch auf eine DVD brennen und so instalieren, ich habe nur ein Laptop ohne sd kartenleser. Meine WII hat die Firmware 3.3E.

Nur wenn du einen Modchip hast, dann brauchst du nur die ISO auch auf eine DVD brennen und einlegen.

Habe denn Wasabi Chip, habe es schon mit einer Iso versucht aber ich erhalte die meldung das ich die DVD entfernen soll und die Konsole ausschalten soll.

1.Kann man Homebrew auch ohne einen Modchip starten bzw. installieren?
2.Wofür ist denn Homebrew gut?
